It's Not About the Money

It's About Obedience and Trusting God.

Biblical stewardship isn’t just about money — it’s about living with open hands, joyful generosity, and eternal purpose. Everything we have belongs to God. We are entrusted not to merely possess, but to manage — to invest, to multiply, and to share for Kingdom impact. Biblical stewardship transforms our resources, priorities, and purpose.

Stewarding Perspective

Every service we offer, every ministry we support, every individual we counsel, and every investment we manage is deeply rooted in a biblical worldview. This perspective is not a strategy or a slogan. It is a conviction. It is our compass, guiding us in every financial conversation and ministry investment.

Principles of Faithful Stewarding

The Earth belongs to God and all that is in it. He created everything we see and the breath we breathe. When we recognize Him as the true Lord, King and Father, we are free to give Him our affection and allegiance - opening our hands to gladly share anything He has blessed us with.

The earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof, the world and those who dwell therein.

Psalm 24:1

The point is this: whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that having all sufficiency in all things at all times, you may abound in every good work. As it is written,

“He has distributed freely, he has given to the poor;
    his righteousness endures forever.”

" 10 He who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will supply and multiply your seed for sowing and increase the harvest of your righteousness. 11 You will be enriched in every way to be generous in every way, which through us will produce thanksgiving to God. 12 For the ministry of this service is not only supplying the needs of the saints but is also overflowing in many thanksgivings to God. 13 By their approval of this service, they will glorify God because of your submission that comes from your confession of the gospel of Christ, and the generosity of your contribution for them and for all others,

The immediate cares of the world can distract from a bigger picture, but there is more to life than what is before us today. From everlasting to everlasting, and generation to generation, we have a God who reminds us of a much longer investment outlook.

definition

Faithful stewarding is the ongoing act of engaging all of God’s resources for all of God’s work.

Process of Faithful Stewardship

Inspiration

The first step in Faithful Stewarding is a point of recognition or insight. The Lord is faithful to reveal His truth which never comes back empty-handed. With conviction, we have a new reality.

Direction

Within that new reality, we are invited to explore and discover ways in which we can invest our God-given time and resources. We then arrive at a level of clarity as to where He is leading us to engage in His work.

Action

Moving out with love and good works, we address the issues we see in the world. Our joy in Christ leads us to obedience, making His character and His Good News known to those around us and around the world.

Purpose of Faithful Stewardship

The purpose of faithful stewarding is to honor God by using what He has entrusted to us for His Kingdom and glory. It transforms our resources—time, talents, and treasure—into instruments of eternal impact rather than temporary gain. Through faithful stewardship, we participate in God’s mission, invest in what lasts, and reflect a heart fully devoted to Him. In doing so, we find deeper joy and purpose as our generosity becomes a living expression of faith and trust in the One who provides all things.
